The Assistant Director for Engaged College Initiative & Faculty Development resides within the David M. Einhorn Center for Community Engagement reporting to the Senior Fellow. This role collaborates with the Einhorn Center staff and the Cornell faculty and staff/administrators to facilitate and expand communityengaged learning and research practices into educational efforts playing a pivotal role in the Einhorn Centers Engaged College Initiative to promote communityengaged learning and research within each of the Colleges education missions at Cornell. In addition the successful applicant will support the assessment and evaluation of the impact of communityengaged teaching and research for faculty students and partners including monitoring and development of reports to help inform strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree and at least 3 5 years of experience in curriculum development program management assessment data management and evaluation or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience and confidence working with diverse faculty and students at the higher education level
Capacity and experience supporting faculty development on highquality communityengaged learning and research skills data management and outcomes assessment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and partner with a variety of constituents and capacity to inspire a diverse range of stakeholders to advance a mission
Demonstratedability to lead and manage teams to accomplish their goals
Excellent communication skills in oral written and presentation forms
Preferred Qualifications:
PhD or EdD degree
Graduate degree with 5 years minimum of experience in curriculum development program management and outcomes assessment.
