Job Description
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Previous fruit farming experience
- Computer literate
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets
- Must be willing to travel
- Maintenance orientated
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Dealing with Fresh Fruit Farm Growers with fruit procurement farm visits specifications and audits.
- Attend to factory maintenance and breakdowns on all equipment / machinery in/for the factory.
- Maintenance Schedules and Plans with budgets.
- Boiler maintenance / management.
- Water treatment and pest control management.
- It is important to be able to work as part of the food safety management team
