Job Description
The Delivery Coordinator will be responsible to effectively communicate the following information.
- Present Ford/Lincoln products in an effective manner that ensures customer understanding
- Maintain a high degree of product and technical knowledge
- Demonstrate features of the vehicle show the customer navigation SYNC (i.e. help them connect Bluetooth to their mobile phone)
- Resolve customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues
- Check the detailing to ensure its pristine for the customer
- Dealership orientation welcome tour introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership
- Help with new and used vehicle descriptions
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate must have a strong desire to succeed. Were looking for a friendly techsavvy individual to fill our Delivery Coordinator / Product Specialist opening. This role is heavily focused on customer service. You dont have to have automotive experience to be successful. INHOUSE TRAINING PROVIDED. This job has a history of translating into a successful Sales Consultant career within our company.

- Valid Drivers License.
