Join Our Team as a Parts Warehouse Associate!
Location: Matthews Bus Alliance Orlando FL
Matthews Bus Alliance the exclusive Thomas Built Buses dealer for the state of Florida is looking for a motivated and dependable Parts Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. If youre someone who takes pride in staying organized working efficiently and being part of a team that keeps things movingthis could be the perfect fit for you!
What Youll Do:
- Receive inspect and verify incoming and outgoing parts shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Pull parts and prepare daily orders for shipping delivery or pickup.
- Assist with maintaining inventory levels and keeping the warehouse clean & organized.
What Were Looking For:
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Punctual proactive and a team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred not required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but were happy to train the right candidate!
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable navigating the warehouse including reaching stretching squatting and climbing ladders & stairs when needed.
- Able to lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
- The warehouse is indoor/covered but the ideal candidate must be willing to work in varying temperatures & weather conditions especially in and around the loading bay.
Licenses/Certifications:
- A valid drivers license is preferred.
- Forklift certification and experience is a plus not required
Job Type:
- FullTime (Mon Fri)
- Salary: $17.00 per hour (Following 1 of service employees who consistently exceed performance expectations and demonstrate a commitment beyond their core responsibilities may be eligible for meritbased salary increases)
- BiWeekly pay guaranteed 40 hours per week
