Job Description:
The HR Specialist will be primarily responsible for Recruitment and managing the Drug and Alcohol Program while performing HRrelated duties on a professional level and working closely with the HR Generalist and management in supporting designated geographic regions. ***Hybrid role mandatory 3Days in office***
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Manage fullcycle recruitment process including job postings candidate screening interviewing candidatesfor CI Aviation and Airport authorities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update job descriptions and job postings as needed.
Drug and Alcohol Program:
- Administer drug and alcohol program (Random Preemployment Reasonable Suspicion and PostAccident)
- MIS Annual Reporting
- Drug and Alcohol audits
HR Administration:Assist with HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in human resources Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of Managing fullcycle recruitment processes
- 12 years of experience managing a Drug and Alcohol Program preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
