About the position

The Service Advisor at HoneyCar is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the service department. This role requires excellent communication skills a thorough understanding of automotive maintenance and repair and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. Quality vehicles ensure the customer experiencesThe Sweetest Way To Buy or Sell Your Car. HoneyCars simple process transparent market pricing desirable inventory and daily onsite training will ensure a successful outcome for the Service Advisor and the customer!

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using dealership management software and other related tools.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
