National Grid is seeking Product Managers to join our team.

To help drive our ongoing digital transformation and successfully deliver these products we recently launched the MVP for GridStack our new technology strategy and operating model.
GridStack consists of a suite of platform products and services designed to make building digital products as smooth as possible. It provides the foundational capabilities to support autonomous delivery of business product teams and includes products for InfrastructureasCode continuous testing and deployment API management and modular data services and more.

With that said your work will play a critical role in updating our infrastructure so we can deliver renewable energy efficiently creating new innovative solutions for the power demands of tomorrow.
Key Accountabilities
What youll be doing
- Owning the product cycle from endtoend
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to scope design concept test and deliver innovative solutions including scope design concept test delivery and growth
- Developing business cases and operating plans
- Owning the creation and prioritization of product backlog for specific digital products
- Distilling products down to what is desirable viable and feasible while ensuring rapid and regular business value for clients
- Monitoring and reporting on product KPIs
- Clarifying requirements and communicating delivery expectations with business stakeholders
- Develop progress communication materials and promote digital platform adoption among stakeholders
What will make you successful
- Outstanding leadership skills and experience working on a multidisciplinary team
- Proven experience working within agile environments and managing multidisciplinary Scrum teams
- Technological domain knowledge and solid understanding of digital product integration
- Familiarity with utilizing analytical tools to gather insights into product adoption
- Prior experience tracking product KPIs and ability to navigate complex interactions
Qualifications
- 35 years of experience in product management building and delivering digital technology products
- Demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams in an agile environment
- Demonstrated experience defining sprint work and running scrum teams
