Job Description

CLS ll (Community Living Specialist)

Job Duties Summary:

Responsible for carrying out daily training programs for community home residents. Maintains community home in good condition. Ensures the safety and wellbeing of community home residents equipment and facility. Responsible for performing all duties associated with provision of direct care at the level need by each individual community home resident. Adheres to the policies and standards established by STARC and other regulatory agencies. May be required to transport clients. Valid drivers license and good driving record required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must successfully complete CMA certification training and receive CMA certificate within one year of date of hire.
