About the Role:
A wellrespected regional healthcare provider is seeking an experienced and strategic People Services Director to lead all HR functions across a multifacility healthcare campus. This is a seniorlevel leadership position responsible for both daytoday HR operations and longterm strategy reporting directly to the CEO.
The successful candidate will lead all aspects of Human Resources for over 350 employees and 80 providers serving a community of approximately 36000 individuals. This is an excellent opportunity for a handson HR leader who thrives in a solo department environment and is passionate about building strong culture engagement and leadership alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the lead HR advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
Oversee and execute all core HR functions including:
Employee relations
Performance management
Compensation and salary administration
Leadership development and training
Manage all operational HR responsibilities independently as a 1person department.
Ensure full compliance with all employment laws accreditation standards and internal policies.
Collaborate with centralized HR support teams for onboarding benefits position control and HRIS functions (Oraclebased).
Foster a positive work environment that supports retention morale and high performance.
What Were Looking For:
5 years of HR experience in an acute care hospital setting is required.
Strong background in employee relations and leadership coaching.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and function autonomously.
Desire to work in a handson highimpact role within a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with Oracle HR systems or similar is a plus.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field preferred.
