Job Description: Auction Valuer
Location: Birmingham

Position: Auction Valuer
Salary: 30000 per year plus annual performance bonus
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Auction Valuer to join their successful auction business in Birmingham. This role is ideal for a Sales Negotiator Estate Agent or Lister looking for an exciting challenge. The candidate must be able to work independently with strong time management and diary management skills while also collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daytoday operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake property valuations collating comparable evidence through online marketing resources and previous sales.
Regularly liaise with clients keeping them informed of interest throughout the auction process including providing viewing figures legal pack downloads and setting reserve prices.
Take highquality internal and external photographs of properties.
Build and maintain a strong client base including attending networking events to generate new business.
Convert incoming leads into auction sales.
Conduct a high volume of block viewings and viewings by appointment.
Chase potential lots and ensure compliance with AML policies and procedures.
Participate in filming with media partners and attend auction events throughout the year which may include additional hours during auction days weeks and deadlines.
Qualifications and Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in valuing/selling property.
Understanding of the auction process.
Proven ability to generate new business and regularly hit targets.
Strong diary management and selfmotivation skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in IT and technical tasks.
Full clean UK Driving Licence and own car is essential.
Location & Commitments:
Based in Birmingham city centre with travel required across the Midlands.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 9am5pm with flexibility as needed.
Overtime may be required during auction days deadlines and auction weeks without additional pay.
