Position Overview
Summary: Under general direction the Logistics Specialist II is responsible for the accurate receiving packing shipping and external distribution of cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and nonGMP materials in support of company operations.

Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Assists in executing manufacturing vial pulls packing shipments and product storage as directed by internal schedules
- Ensure all finished good stock creations are accurately received stored and documented
- Provide shipping KPIs to Supply Chain management
- Ensures accurate review and monitoring of DeltaV building management system and warehouse TCEs
- Perform system transactions and ensure the timely and accurate order fulfillment documentation closure of outstanding issues and effective inventory system
- Comply with safe handling and storage requirements cGMP/ISO local & corporate policies and environmental/other related regulations
- Perform the coordination and monitoring of all inbound and outbound shipments including the detailed packing and tracking of cold chain shipment
- Create Transfer Orders and Requests
- Perform cycle counting and inventory audits.
- All other duties as required.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented and accurate
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work assignments with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Possess Valid driving license

- Must be able to work weekends offshifts overtime and a rotating oncall schedule as required
- Handle and work with hazardous materials and chemicals per OSHA guidelines
- Experience prolonged sitting some bending stooping and stretching
- Use handeye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard photocopier telephone calculator and other office equipment is required
- Lift up to 40 pounds unassisted and up to 60 pounds with assistance
- Work in cold temperatures
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Work in high places
- Attendance is mandatory
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma with at least 5 five years of work experience with
- 4 four years of relevant Shipping Import/Export or Warehouse experience and
- 2 two years of cGMP or regulated warehouse experience and
- Working knowledge of ERP application software
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment
- PSA forklift license
