At Purposeful Design we transform lives by providing meaningful employment to men overcoming homelessness addiction incarceration and broken relationships. Through our handcrafted furniture business we teach valuable woodworking and life skills while offering exposure to faith. As a sustainable nonprofit our commercial furniture sales generate 85 of our operating costs allowing us to continue rebuilding lives from hopelessness to promise.
Role Overview
Were looking for an Office Manager & Delivery Coordinator who will keep our operations running smoothly while helping fulfill our mission. This is an inperson position based at our Indianapolis facility. Youll report to both our VP of Production and CFO serving as a critical link between our customerfacing operations and internal administration. This role gives you the chance to directly support both our business operations and the men in our Transitional Employment Program. Youll be the person who ensures our beautiful furniture reaches its destination while helping maintain the supportive environment that makes our work possible.

This position requires daily inperson presence at our Indianapolis facility. Regular onsite attendance is essential for coordinating deliveries managing office operations and supporting our mission through direct interaction with our team members and program participants.
