Starting at $20 per hour!!!
$1000 signon bonus
3 weeks (prorated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage!

As a Residential Specialist you will have the opportunity to support individuals living with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges to develop the independent living skills and emotional regulation skills that are integral to accomplishing their identified treatment goals.
Not only does this role involve building strong connections and meaningful relationships it also gives our staff the opportunity to bring their interests and talents to work! Do you like gardening Great! Enjoy playing guitar Bring it to your shift!

To be successful in this role you will have:
- A high school diploma or GED or preferably an Associates or Bachelors degree in psychology social work or another human services field
- Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance abuse challenges
- A valid drivers license car insurance and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude of compassion respect and ability to set mutual boundaries.
