National Automation Service Manager

Location: Melbourne North
Actively manage and develop customer relationships ensuring strategic partnering to ensure Visy provides meaningful outcomes to our valuable customers
Oversee technical review of equipment offers to customers ensuring feasibility and efficiency.
Manage and enhance our systems and tools for efficient service delivery and documentation.
Support key accounts by delivering bestinclass service and solutions.
Develop national strategies for service excellence and spare parts
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Proven business acumen with experience in technical service management and customer management.
- Strong mechanical or electrical background with at least 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams and driving performance.
- Excellent forecasting and planning skills with strong commercial awareness.
- Proficiency in Excel MS Word and PowerPoint with SAP experience preferred.
- Experience with case forming erecting palletising and materials handling equipment (desirable).
- Strong problemsolving ability and a resultsdriven mindset.
