Responsibilities:

Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly welcoming demeanor ensuring a positive first impression.

Efficiently manage guest reservations waitlists and seating arrangements to ensure smooth operations.

Assist guests with any questions or requests and ensure a seamless dining experience.

Collaborate with servers and other team members to maintain a high level of service and guest satisfaction.

Maintain an organized clean and inviting frontofhouse area at all times.
Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service.

A positive professional attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Previous experience in a customerfacing role is a plus but not required. We provide training for the right candidate.

Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic highenergy environment.

Flexibility with scheduling including nights and weekends.
