Job Description
Position: Assistant Superintendent
Our client is a highly respected and wellestablished commercial building and remediation company with over a decade in the industry. In light of their continuous expansion they are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their dynamic team and contribute to their ongoing multifamily projects. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the completion of two multifamily projects ensuring adherence to schedule cost control and safety standards
- Oversee daily operations including subcontractor contact and maintenance of the completion log with photos
- At project completion engage with owners to ensure their satisfaction and conformance to specifications and standards
- Contribute to the planning and of upcoming projects in Bellevue Bothell and the greater Seattle area
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction preferably residential
- Leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in using computers for cost and communication updates
- Knowledge of scheduling blueprint reading and construction trades
- Initiative integrity and a personality that fits the company culture
