The Mission
The National Security Sector of Leidos is seeking a Sr. Data Analyst (HRIS) to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in McLean VA.
*An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required up front to be considered for this position.*
The candidate will support Government staff in the following:
Manages and conducts data analysis and standardization
Develops data models for analysis
Extracts data and develop reports as needed for EEO leadership
Collaborate with EEO Lead and analysts to present and communicate reports and visualizations to leadership
Collaborates with technical developers to enhance ETK EEO if needed
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Competencies:
Interfaces: DNI (HC HRM DEl) NARSIL Task 4 7 and DEIA Lead
Processes/Activities: Manage HR data conduct analysis
Tools: MS Office ETK EEO COTS Data tools Tableau SQL
Basic Qualifications:
BS degree and 12 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required

Pay Range:
Pay Range $126100.00 $227950.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
