Job Description

Enthusiastic service focused team seeks one new team member with large format / signage experience: vinyl lettering floor graphics window clings dimensional lettering etc. Prior experience with graphics/design helpful but not required.

Our small (but growing! print and signage shop includes both experts and generalists with an emphasis on skill building and cross training. As with every print shop it is a fast paced environment where no two days are the same. You definitely wont get bored!

Our new team member will be a quickwitted detail oriented considerate hands on learner who enjoys a creative environment. We enjoy bringing projects to life and delight in the joy of our customers.

We are building a longterm cohesive team that enjoys working together on whatever unique projects land on our doorstep all while keeping the standard runofthemill print jobs rolling. We have a learning oriented environment focused on continuous improvement.

We are not yet large enough to have departments but we do have work groups / teams within the larger team. Everyone here is a great team player and is willing to do whatever necessary to help each other and our customers. Each member knows the scope of their job but jumps in when they see other things that need to be done. We pull together to do the big things and have fun doing it.

Our shop is SWAM certified and a locally owned woman owned business.

Compensation: $15.00 $18.00 per hour
