Job Description
Job Title: Travel Nuclear Medicine Tech (Rad Tech) (Contract)
Location:Tacoma WA
Position Overview:
ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nuclear Medicine Tech with Interventional Cath Lab experience to join our team for a contract assignment in Tacoma WA. This is a rewarding opportunity for a Nuclear Medicine Tech to provide exceptional care to patients. Job Details:
- Assignment Length:16 weeks
- Start Date:January 6 2025
- Shift:Night shift 40 hours per week
- 8 hours shifts MonFricall
- Pay Rate:Competitive pay of $3160 per week with weekly pay $1606 tax and $1554 stipend
Job Requirements:
- Experience:Min 2 year. Interventional cath lab
- Certification:BLS Certified Nuclear Cardiology Technologist (NMTCBNCT) Verification Certified Nuclear Medicine Technologist (Nuc Med) ARRT (N) Verification
- Licensure: Rad Tech license in WA.
- Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Epic Systems Corporation EpicCare Inpatient EMR
- Additional Requirements:compliance with current facility health standards
Job Responsibilities:
Unit: Average # of scans/studies per day 12
- Preparing patients for imaging procedures
- Operating imaging equipment
- Administering contrast agents
- Ensuring safety and minimizing radiation exposure
- Maintaining imaging equipment
- Documenting patient information
