What you get to do:
- Follow up with guests regarding lost articles and return options.
- Respond to and resolve guest questions and comments received via Email Google and Trip Advisor.
- Use spreadsheets to track and enter information guest comments and refund requests.
- Follow up with other departments regarding requests and formal comments.
- Input Guest Comments into the Guest Correspondence Database and correspond with Park Senior Leadership for resolutions.
- Communicate with guests in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining the company expectations with compensation and communication.
- Have the ability to work independently and communicate with leadership when necessary.
What it takes to succeed:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Proficient in Microsoft systems such as Word and Excel
- Demonstrated ability for strong problemsolving skills and be guest oriented.
- Strong organization and timemanagement skills
- Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in systems like Outlook Trip Advisor Google etc.
- Theme Park experience preferred.
- The ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Available to work varying shifts or hours based on park hours i.e. able to work opening and closing shifts including weekends and holidays.
