Job Description
The Performance Associate will primarily will be responsible for the preparation of analytics data needed by Portfolio Management Investment Oversight Marketing Client Service Legal/Compliance and additional areas within the enterprise. In addition to analytics support the Performance Associate will participate in improvement of a performance system as well as projects which arise in support of the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support reporting needs for investment performance characteristics and risk statistics
- Maintain performance measurement system for calculation of portfolio returns and statistics
- Troubleshoot and explain the performance results and remediate errors.
- Operate under an environment where performance results are consistent with Global Investment Performance Standard (GIPS) requirements.
- Develop automate and enhance performance reports
- Communicate with various departments
- Utilize multiple tools (both proprietary and third party) to gather information
- Bachelors Degree Required
- 4 years Required
- Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work
