Job Description

Schedule: FlexiblePer DiemWork a minimum of 4 shifts per month based on needs of the department. Two 2 shifts must be on a weekend.


Rate of Pay: Starting at $19.50 rate is based on years of experience.

Shift Holiday & Weekend Differentials: Beginning 2:30 pm 10:30 pm $ 1.90 Beginning 10:31 pm 7:00 am $ 1.35 Weekend (Fri 10:31 pm Sun 11:00 pm) $ 1.00

What Youll Do:

Are you a natural leader with a passion for providing highquality residentfocused care Join our team as a Direct Care Supervisor where youll guide and support caregivers ensuring our residents receive the compassionate care they deserve. In this role youll be a key resource for your team providing mentorship problemsolving and fostering a positive teamoriented environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead & Support: Supervise caregivers in performing daily living activities based on individualized service plans (ISPs).
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Ensure proper staffing levels and collaborate with providers like physicians home care and hospice to meet resident needs.
Medication & Care Coordination: Process medication orders and oversee resident assessments during intake and admission.
Coach & Mentor: Provide handson training feedback and guidance to caregivers helping them grow and excel.
Ensure Safety & Compliance: Monitor incident reports and ensure policies and procedures are followed.

What Youll Need:

Education Matters!

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is a must.
  • Got training as a Medical Assistant Technician or Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) Perfect!

Experience That Counts!

  • If you have experience in medical assisting EMS or caregivingawesome! Wed love to hear about it.
  • Bonus points for leadership or supervisory experience!

Skills That Make a Difference!

  • You should know your way around medical terminology medications and body structure.
  • Handson experience with injections and wound care Even better (dont worry an RN will evaluate your skills).

Certifications & Physical Abilities!

  • CPR certified Great! If not no worriesyoull need to get it within 90 days.
  • Need to lift up to 35 lbs. You got this! Heavier tasks Weve got the right equipment and team support.
