What Youll Be Doing
- Lead root cause analysis and problemsolving initiatives on the floor
- Oversee process validation equipment qualification and cleaning validation
- Create and refine SOPs validation protocols and internal audits
- Work crossfunctionally to resolve nonconformances and improve FPY
- Develop and track key quality metrics using data to drive improvements
- Ensure compliance with cGMP FDA ISO 9001 and other regulations
About You
- Be able to do the job as described
- Experience with quality systems in the pharmaceuticals or cosmetics industries
- Proficiency with validation protocols and quality management software
- ASQ CQE certification or pursuit of certification preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
