Responsibilities:
- Expertise in establishing a strong rapport during treatments
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Ability to prescribe appropriate sessions based on the treatment plan ensuring optimal progress
- Commitment to promoting patient engagement and adherence to their treatment plans
- A passion for celebrating patient milestones and achievements
- Knowledge of products and ability to recommend suitable options for home use
- Proactive approach to professional growth including meetings with the Clinic Director to discuss accomplishments and challenges
- Enthusiasm for active participation in training programs to enhance clinical and soft skills
- Strong desire to establish a personal brand within our practice and contribute to its success
- Skill in implementing effective caseload management strategies to ensure professional and financial success
- Engagement in the local community through active participation in various events
- Practice new and advanced techniques honing your skills
- Receive guidance to build and maintain a full caseload
