Job Description

A.Background

Spero Healthcare Innovations Pvt Ltd is a Product based company looking for suitable candidates with experience from 1 to 3 years for the post of Customer Support Executive for a customer project.

This position is responsible to manage client project preparation of project related documents and provide User training of Spero Applications & Hardware.


B.Minimalqualificationsinclude:

Engineering Degree in any Stream and preferably with Computer networking related course certification

1 to 3yearsofService and SupportManagement experience favorably in the IT industry

Good communication interpersonal skills and Customer interaction skills

Languages to be known : English Hindi

The working hours will be based on the shift. Site will be 24X7X365.

C.Skills:

Must have technical level working knowledge of Computer & Networking

Must have knowledge of GPS technology usage or worked with GPS units service support

Internal and external training skills are required.

Highly developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize plan and execute are key success factors in this position.

Ability to acquire new skills & keep them updated

Should have knowledge of first and second level troubleshooting of Computer Accessories and Networking.

Should have the basic knowledge of database administration.

D.Commitment

Minimum of two year commitment to the company is required.

E.Job Duties:

  • Responding to customer callouts.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving project related problems.
  • Project plan and order processing process preparation and documentation.
  • Assisting with installation

Build and maintain account relationships and customer satisfaction.

Basic understanding of Contracts Terms and conditions and the ability to negotiate Standard and non standard T&Cs

Ability to articulate in written format responses to clients day to day needs

Prepares reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information.

F.Travel

Domestic travel will be required to customer sites and meetings .
