Job Description
Who We Are:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in probate and estate litigation with a focus on contested probate matters.
- Someone who is compassionate as elder law is sensitive work.
- Someone who truly enjoys talking with and helping people.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Excellent analytical negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in contested probate matters including but not limited to will contests trust disputes estate administration issues and guardianship disputes
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on complex contested probate matters
- Collaborate closely with the firms attorneys and paralegals to develop and implement effective strategies in handling contested probate cases
- Stay uptodate with developments in probate law regulations and industry best practices
