Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Lunch Cover
Salary: 13000
Shift Times: 10:0014:00
Our client is seeking a Qualified Lunch Cover to join their nursery team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring a safe engaging and nurturing environment for children during the lunch period.
What Were Looking For
- Level 3 in Early Years or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar childcare role
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations in an early years setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm and supportive approach

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children during lunchtime ensuring their safety and wellbeing at all times
- Engage children in ageappropriate stimulating activities to encourage social interaction and development
- Assist with serving meals promoting healthy eating habits and supporting children with feeding where necessary
- Maintain a clean hygienic and organized lunch area in line with health and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure a seamless experience for the children
