- Training cleaners and Supervisors on ServiceMasters standards products processes and procedures
- Travel to different areas in within our portfolio of facilities in Texas and NE Arkansas to conduct on Facility Inspections.
- If required during uncovered facilities clean assigned buildings by sweeping mopping scrubbing or vacuuming them. Gather and empty trash. Service clean and supply restrooms. Clean and polish furniture
- Oversees staff and Supervisor performance and ensures all assignments are completed in accordance to set task schedule
- Train cleaners and Supervisors on task schedules specific to individual accounts
- Perform inspections and give constructive performance feedback to staff members
- Assign shifts and make necessary adjustment in case of call off or no shows
- Hiring and staffing for vacant positions.
- Respond to customer complaints and request in a timely and caring manner
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
- Use proper PPE where required
- Opens and locks facilities enable and disable security system as required.
- 8 years experience as a custodian janitor housekeeper
- 5 years as a Floor Tech
- 8 years of Manager Experience
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Experience working for a professional janitorial company office complex hotel hospital or school is a plus.
- The ability to be flexible work at a fastpaced and in a multitasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform dependable and on time
- Has respect and understanding for coworkers and customers
- Must be able to communicate in English. Bilingual is a plus
- Mileage Reimbursement
- Constant (up to 100 standing walking pushing balancing stooping kneeling crouching twisting reaching over head reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 25lbs.
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Strong expertise as a Floor Tech
