Pay: Competitive compensation based on skills and experience
Schedule: 1st Shift 5:00 am to 3:30 pm MTh (up to 5:30 pm with OT) Fridays as needed.

What Were Looking For
A driven Welder I to facilitate the production of company products and custom orders.
What Youll Do
Under the direct supervision of the department supervisor/team lead you will fabricate daily orders.
What We Need From You
Competent in welding technique and integrity MIG and/or TIG
Ability to set up and operate equipment/machinery with minor assistance
Ability to adjust machine to appropriate thickness
Ability to position pieces into jigs fixtures and guides using measuring instruments and hand tools
Produce product to quality standards
Work toward meeting the 3 cabinet per hour minimum
Ability to follow demonstrated or written work instructions
Machine/material knowledge operations light maintenance safety requirements
Ability to follow direction from trainers and/or supervisor
Requires assistance in blue print reading
Willing to work occasional evenings weekends and holidays.
Additional duties as needed.
Education/Experience And Must Haves
1 years of experience MIG welding
Knowledge of metalworking industry equipment and processes.
Ability to pass a preemployment drug screen and criminal background check.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to sit stand kneel stoop walk or sit for long periods of time.
Must be capable of working in inclement conditions to include extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
