Welder
Pay: $24.50/hour
Hours: Weekend shift 5:00 AM 5:30 PM (work 36 hours get paid for 40)
Training: First 2 weeks on day shift MondayFriday 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
OT: Available during the week with Supervisor Approval

Test Required: 1G Metalcore MIG 3/8 inch double bevel plate
We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Tulsa. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in heavy manufacturing and MIG/Fitter welding processes. The Welder will be responsible for assembling and welding pole sections together ensuring all work meets high quality and safety standards.
Primary Responsibilities of the Welder:
- Read and use welding measuring devices including squares levels and tape measures.
- Select fabrication equipment and plan layout assembly and welding procedures.
- Bolt clamp and tack-weld parts to secure them in position for welding.
- Set up equipment and weld using Arc Gas-Shielded Arc or Gas Welding equipment.
- Assemble parts by bolting and perform repairs by dismantling reshaping and reassembling components.
- Operate fabrication equipment such as plate rolling machines cutting torches and plate cutting machines.
- Clean poles and welds as required.
- Maintain and be accountable for essential tools and equipment.
- Comply with state and federal law ISO Quality Program company policies and Safety/Environmental Regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of welding experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in heavy manufacturing.
- Ability to follow blueprints and fabrication procedures.
- Strong understanding of welding safety and quality standards.
