Easthaven Villa our beautiful community located in Yelm WA has a current opening for a Resident Care Coordinator. This position would involve coordinating care for our Assisted Living residents. Requirements

Requirements:

  • Valid HCA or CNA license;
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Medication Aide;
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check;
  • Must be able to respect the privacy and confidentiality of residents and have a clear understanding of residents rights;
  • Must be adept at all skills necessary to provide ADL in service to care staff including: the ability to lift push or pull up to 50 pounds routinely and the ability to bend twist stoop kneel and reach;
  • Must have outstanding written and oral skills;
  • Must possess a problem solver mentality find creative solutions to challenges;
  • Must have the ability to provide leadership/instruction in all resident care functions;
  • Must possess a working current knowledge of state regulations for AL & MC;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

  • Associates degree (or equivalent) in a related field;
  • Experience in management within longterm care elder care or home health care;
  • Experience writing or assisting with negotiated service agreements
