Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Location: Swansea (Hyrbid)
Salary: up to 25000 Comms

As part of our expansion were looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants with no prior recruitment experience needed!
What Youll Be Doing:
Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards LinkedIn and referrals
Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
Managing the recruitment process from interview to placement
Writing and posting engaging job adverts
Hitting targets and earning commission in a supportive highenergy team
What Were Looking For:
A confident and outgoing personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience determination and a willingness to learn
Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
A competitive and targetdriven mindset
