Job Overview:
As a CommissionOnly Sales Representative your primary responsibility will be to generate new business and drive sales for our pressure washing window cleaning and painting services. This role is perfect for selfmotivated individuals who thrive in a commissionbased environment and are eager to maximize their earning potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new customer leads through networking referrals and outreach efforts.
Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Provide accurate quotes and follow up on proposals in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and market conditions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales preferably in the home services or related industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Selfmotivated with a strong desire to succeed and achieve sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
