About the role
Our team is currently hiring a Global Marketing Manager for Expert who will report to the Global Expert Lead for the OTC Category. Experts (HCPs Healthcare Professionals) play a key role in supporting the patients and driving recommendations for our categories & brands. Accordingly Expert Marketing is one of the key levers to drive the OTC business.

As a Global Marketing Manager on Expert you will be responsible for the following:

• Support the development of brand toolkits based on Expert Recommendation Journeys create superior & differentiated product and brand propositions in conjunction with inputs from Medical and R&D teams.
• Drive excellence in building Expert digital plans & implementation Competitor benchmarking leading key digital programs development of manuscripts Emails Social and pilot of new platforms.
• Work with Comex to build & drive aligned programs drive learning on new audience build practical pharmacy tools & support key category programs.
• Drive the quarterly GlobalBU Expert connects focus on business performance review and bringing the crossfunctional teams together for aligned action plans.
• Assist in managing the Expert Marketing budget ensuring proper allocation of resources and supporting the identification and request for additional funds as needed.

Furthermore you display the following qualifications and competencies:

• Significant experience (roughly 510 years) in marketing
• Strong scientific background & experience in Consumer Healthcare or Pharma
• Strong experience in digital marketing including digital strategy and content creation
• Field experience including delivering successful Congresses/Events
• Experience or strong interest in understanding the intricacies of a global brand both from Consumer and an HCP lens
• Experience in running programs in developing markets
• Strong experience navigating within a matrix organization integrating complex multifunctional efforts crossing multiple business areas
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Degree in Marketing and preference for Pharmacy/Medicine base background
