Job Description:
The Nurse Clinician LPN shall provide clinical care to people living with or affected by HIV through phone triage and physician/practitioner directed care with the objectives of 1 monitoring the health of the clients 2 fostering adherence to medication regimens and 3 maintaining the clients in health care.
Minimum Qualifications:
State of Ohio LPN license required.
American Heart Association BLS CPR certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Recent clinical experience in the care of people living with HIV preferred.
Experience working with diverse populations preferred.
Previous experience with phlebotomy preferred.
Recent clinical experience in the care of people living with HIV preferred.
Experience with mental health and substance use treatment preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
Knowledge of community resources for children and families preferred.
