As a Care Assistant you will play a pivotal part in supporting clients with their daily activities delivering compassionate personal care and empowering individuals to actively participate in their own care.
**Qualifications:**
Home Care experience required
A caring nature and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and adaptability to meet our clients diverse needs
Minimum age of 18
Possession of a driving license and access to a reliable vehicle (as occasional transportation of clients may be required)
**Benefits:**
Competitive hourly rate: 12.50 per hour
Mileage reimbursement: 0.35 0.45 per mile
Minimum 1hour calls allowing you the time to provide quality care
Guaranteed hours contracts available
Various shifts available: mornings & lunchtimes and/or afternoons & evenings (particularly seeking morning availability)
