About the Role:
As a Content Moderator youll be responsible for reviewing usergenerated content and ensuring it adheres to platform guidelines. Your ability to apply moderation policies consistently communicate effectively and address concerns will help maintain a safe and engaging online community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess content (text images videos etc. to ensure it complies with community standards
- Apply moderation policies consistently across all types of usersubmitted content
- Handle user appeals professionally providing clear explanations for moderation actions
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of platform guidelines and industry regulations
- Report on trends emerging risks and contentrelated issues to improve moderation processes
- Collaborate with internal teams to address concerns and enhance content moderation strategies
Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (B2 level)
- Relevant Experience is preferable
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure
