RV Salesperson
Location:Olathe Ford RV: Gardner KS

We set each member up for success by providing hands on training along with manufacturer training complete with onthejob training and ongoing personal development. We are looking for selfmotivated multitasking individuals to add to the team.
Position Overview:As an RV Salesperson is responsible for selling RVs to customers. You will assist potential buyers in selecting the right RV based on their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Regularly interact with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services for them
- Effectively utilize our CRM and DMS system to improve the customer experience
- Participate in training and seek opportunities to improve operations
- Develop strong ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
Qualifications:
- Impeccable interpersonal and customer service skills even in highstress situations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to teamwide efforts
- 13 years sales experience ideally within our industry
- Ability to work in a team environment and help other team members
- Strong negotiation and time management skills
- Highly selfmotivated with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
