Cross Border Talents is looking for a native Croatian speaking Car Rental Customer Service Agent to work for a leading provider in Athens Greece!
Activities
Agent will act as a car hire and handle customer queries (general enquiries cancellations and amendments);
Respond consumer inquiries/questions raised via phone email and chat channels for customers (no camera ON is required);
Maintain Accurate data input of consumer inquiries questions and feedback on the customer services database;
Troubleshoot through the use of open questions support documents and system training;
Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Higher is preferred
Native/Fluent Croatian speaker;
Good level of English min B1 (training might be in ENG);
Good ProblemSolving Skills;
Strong troubleshooting skills;
Familiar with Technology;
Upbeat and positive (customer will call Senior specialists when something went wrong so this is a very good skill to have);
Previous experience in any customer facing role;
Hospitality or Car Rental experience is preferable;
Passionate about customers
