Job Opportunity: German & English Speaking Customer Support (OnSite) Flexible Shifts
Are you fluent in German and English Are you looking for a dynamic and rewarding career in customer support Join us and become part of a fastpaced team dedicated to delivering exceptional email and chat service!
Position Details:
Start Date: April 14 2025
Location: OnSite
Work Schedule:
Choose from the following options:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
- Late Shift: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
- Night Shift: 5:00 PM 2:00 AM
- PartTime Opportunities: Available on flexible schedules
Training & Nesting:
- Training Duration: 2 weeks of standard working hours
- Nesting Period: 1 week for fulltime employees 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM for night shifts; additional transport and compensation provided)
Compensation:
- SignOn Bonus: 2000 BGN Gross (for hires starting on March 10 & April 14 2025
- Base Salary: 3800 BGN Gross
- For night shifts additional compensation and transport support are included
Job Responsibilities:
- 95 Email & Chat Support: Assist customers efficiently via written communication
- Provide highquality service to resolve inquiries and issues professionally
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts or parttime hours
- Open to students with 2 weeks of training and flexible nesting schedules
