Job Description
As a Service Technician at Sullivan Honda you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and maintenance of our customers vehicles. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing any issues performing routine maintenance services and providing exceptional customer service. This is a fulltime position in the auto industry located in Torrington Connecticut. This is an individual contributor role where you will work independently and as part of a team to support the overall success of our dealership.

Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic tests and troubleshoot any issues with vehicles
- Complete repairs and maintenance services according to manufacturer and dealership standards
- Maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity while working on customer vehicles
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to provide updates on vehicle status and any necessary repairs
- Keep uptodate with industry and manufacturer training to continuously improve skills and knowledge
- Adhere to safety procedures and regulations while working in the service area
- Keep a clean and organized work area
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment in a safe and proper manner
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks with efficiency
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a preemployment background check and drug test
