As an Agile Manager you will play a key role in improving development efficiency optimizing collaboration between teams and ensuring agile processes align with our privacyfirst approach. Your expertise will help our tech and product teams work smarter iterate faster improve and maintain a stable development velocity.

YOUR TEAM

The Tech team consists of around 10 individuals who work remotely or at the office in Berlin city center. Besides the development team Xayns technical lead and an external consultant team handle various tasks related to providing Xayns development team with the necessary technical environment ensuring the smooth operation and scalability of Xayns AI applications.

Your responsibilities
  • Enhance development efficiency:Streamline agile processes to accelerate AI product releases
  • Improve team dynamics:Foster collaboration between developers data scientists and product teams
  • Support Tech Leads:FacilitateScrum routines process management and relieve tech leadership from operational bottlenecks
  • Incident management optimization:Improve response times and efficiency in managing incidents
  • Scaling agile processes:Adapt methodologies to support company growth and multiple development teams
About you
  • Work Permit:Germany
  • Language skills:English (C2 level) German optional
  • Agile Transformation:Proventrack recordin Agile Transformation & Scaling in software development related organizations ideally through thedifferent stagesofcompanyevolution (Startup ScaleUp Corporate)
  • Experience in restructuring teamsoptimizingsprints and improving meeting structures
  • Agile Frameworks:Strong background in ScrumorKanban in productdriven and datafocused environments
  • Tools and TechnicalSavviness:Handsonexpertisewith agile tools e.g.JIRA Confluence Miro Notion etc.

The AI startup Xayn develops Noxtua Europes first sovereign Legal AI. Noxtua helps lawyers analyze and draft legal documents and research legal questions while being legally competent and compliant. Hosted in the EU Noxtua meets high standards of confidentiality in handling client data professional secrecy (e.g. Section 203 German Criminal Code Section 43e German Federal Code for Lawyers) and European data protection. Noxtua is powered by specialized proprietary AI models. The models are trained with highquality legal data provided by the Legal AI Alliance which the tech startup Xayn initiated with the international business law firm CMS. This makes Noxtua the secure independent and specialized European Legal AI.
The Berlinbased AI company Xayn was born out of research at Oxford University and Imperial College London by Dr LeifNissen Lundbk and Professor Michael Huth. Founded in 2017 Xayns academic vision remains with a workforce comprised of approx. 30 PhDs. The startup has received investment funding of 19.5 million EURO from Global Brain Corporation KDDI Open Innovation Fund Earlybird and Dominik Schiener.
