Job Description
Job Summary:
Fantastic Sams in Lakeland Tennessee is seeking a talented and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team. As a Hair Stylist at Fantastic Sams you will provide exceptional hair services to our customers while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude. This is a fulltime individual contributor role in the hair industry with a compensation of $17 to $25 per hour paid biweekly.

Responsibilities:
Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide consultation services to determine the appropriate hairstyle for customers
Perform various hair services including cutting styling coloring and chemical treatments
Educate customers on proper hair care and products to maintain their new style
Clean and maintain workstations and tools to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
Keep up with industry trends and techniques to continue providing highquality services to customers
Build and maintain a loyal customer base through excellent customer service and exceptional hair services
Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and answering phone calls
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid cosmetology license in the state of Tennessee
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon setting
Knowledge of current hairstyle trends and techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
