About The Role 1year contract)
- Perform administrative support on recruitment matters.
- Perform maintenance of candidate profiles ensuring candidates documents are signed and filed correctly.
- Liaise with internal and external customers to provide onboarding for new hires.
- Update recruitment tracking files accurately.
- Perform any adhoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma in Human Resources Business or a related field. Entrylevel candidates are welcome to apply with 12 years of relevant experience being advantageous.
- Meticulous and good in Microsoft Office Word Excel to handle highvolume data.
- Able to multitask and support activities.
- Able to respond to changing priorities and tight timelines.
