Job Description
We are Aida Recruitment technology and artificial intelligencebased employee search. For our client we are looking for a Business / Information Systems Analyst.
Join an impactful role contributing to the development modernization and creation of state information systems projects. The exact nature of the projects will be shared during the interview process.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements.

Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications.

Contribute to the planning and improvement of custom software development projects.

Ensure alignment of delivered solutions with user expectations and business goals.

Support the project team throughout the development life cycle.
Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in business analysis particularly within custom software development projects.

Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Sharp attention to detail proactive and initiativedriven mindset.
-
Fluent in Lithuanian and English both spoken and written.
-
Business analysis certification is required.
