About the role
This position entails supporting various user profiles and developing solutions on own initiative.
Hardware setup and determining the need for technical equipment are additional parts of the rolespecific tasks.
About You
- You are passionate about IT and ideally already gained some experience through an internship or as a working student
- You have obtained experience with common OS and standard applications in the MS Windows and macOS environment
- You have a transparent and collaborative communication style
- You take ownership and have a high service orientation
- Very good English and German language skills
