Job Description
Overview/ Job Responsibilities
Sev1Tech is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lead Tactical Network Field Service Technician to lead our team in providing advanced technical support for tactical communication networks. As a Senior Technician you will play a critical role in overseeing field service operations troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring the optimal performance of tactical communication systems.
Responsibilities:
- Performs customer requirements analyses for existing or proposed systems to determine feasibility and objectives of requests.
- Designs or modifies system and prepares reports schedules data requirements security access rules and system constraints.
- Writes debugs and tests programs and procedures.
- Installs system.
- Studies existing information systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems where appropriate.
- Assists juniorlevel programmers/analysts in resolving work problems related to project and/or programming specifications.
- Prepares detailed documented requirements for selected activities (i.e. data management CM and program management)
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have a US Secret level clearance
- Bachelors or advanced degree from an accredited academic institution or military school in Computer Science
- Minimum of eight 8 years of experience developing coordinating and conducting fielding and logistics activities on projects of similar scope and complexity to this requirement.
