Job Description

Employment type: Full time Fixed term until June 2026

Hours per week: 38

Remuneration: Band 6 salary from $101297.04 per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO

Location: Werribee based

About the role

As the Customer SME you will work with the Customer Service Department and the Business Transformation program to align TechnologyOne (OneCouncil) CRM module postimplementation support with the broader implementation efforts ensuring overall business objectives are achieved.

Drawing on your relevant experience you will address postimplementation questions troubleshoot basic issues and escalating complex cases as needed. Furthermore you will identify postimplementation challenges and gaps configure new processes within the standard solution template support additional enduser training and ensure quality assurance in the design of the new CRM system.

What your day will look like

  • Leading collaboration activities with business stakeholders to gather and analyse any new solution design requirements and interpret and communicate these business requirements to IT for system configuration
  • Assisting in delivering basic training sessions or walkthroughs as needed
  • Assisting in creating end user guidelines and FAQs
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Managing and resolving emerging challenges and issues through design testing implementation and support phases of the program

What you will bring

  • Degree or diploma course in Business with some relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management business analysis outcomes (process maps business processes workflow and service design) both in writing and via verbal communications
  • Demonstrated experience in creating end user guidelines and FAQs
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering basic training for cross functional teams
  • Demonstrated ability to plan prioritise and organise project tasks to meet deadlines
  • Previous experience with change management or project management methodologies (desirable)
  • Previous experience with the TechnologyOne (OneCouncil) CRM module (advantageous)
