Position Overview
Were hiring parttime soccer coaches with opportunities for future fulltime employment.
Benefits/Perks
- $18 per hour (up to $22 per hour based on advancement)
- Extra $3 for Saturday sessions
- Paid training including CPR and First Aid certification

Requirements
- Genuine passion for children and sports
- Energetic engaging and responsible
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Ability to pass a federal background check and other staterequired clearances
- Valid work Visa or authorization to work in the US
- Own or have access to a printer
- Ability to stand jog and model childrens soccer skills.
- Experience working with children (coaching teaching or related) preferred
- Saturday availability 8am12pm preferred
A Day in the Life
- Bring Soccer Island alive with your enthusiasm and creativity.
- Conduct soccer sessions for children 2 to 8 years old including field setup and takedown.
- Encourage character development through positive reinforcement and modeling.
- Utilize expertcreated Soccer Shots curriculum and early childhood development teaching techniques in every session.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
- Follow all onsite safety and attendance protocols.
- Communicate effectively with families caregivers and teachers.
Hours
- Monday Friday: mornings afternoons and evenings
- Saturdays: mornings and early afternoons
- Parttime: estimated 1020 hours/sessions per week
- Fulltime: estimated minimum of 32 hours/sessions per week and maximum of 40 hours/sessions

Soccer Shots is an engaging childrens soccer program for children ages 28 with a focus on character and physical development. Our caring team positively impacts childrens lives on and off the field through bestinclass coaching curriculum and communication. Though we continue to grow we are still a family business; we treat our employees like a team and the children we coach like our own. We train our coaches in leadership development communication skills early childhood education and sports management. We are dedicated to providing highquality foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer.
