Job Description
- Inspect the effectiveness and safety of current customers HVAC system
- Installing maintaining and repairing customers ventilation air conditioning systems and equipment up to current codes
- Diagnosing HVAC systems for electrical and mechanical defects.
- Cleaning adjusting and repairing systems and performing warranty services
- Maintaining a detailed inventory of all HVAC equipment and resources.
- Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act
- Participate in all technical training
- Complying with service standards work instructions and customers requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be insurable
- EPA Certificate preferred
- State licensure and relevant certification
- Punctual reliable and must have strong communication skill
- Able to get along with people
- Strong verbal and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail prioritization skill and time management
- Motivational and communication skill
- Knowledgeable and problemsolving skill
- Able to follow instructions
- Physically fit and manual dexterity
- Familiar handling all tools and equipment needed for HVAC installation and maintenance
- Ability to work after hours over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
